Spinny — Fraud card delivery

I have purchased a car in jan 2023 and raised a complaint after 3 days for clutch issue as it was very tight, Team took the vehicle and given it back after doing some fixes and informed that this is resolved. I asked that the clutch is still the same then the technician told that in suzuki all the vehicle are like that.
I have recently gone to a suzuki service senter for servicing and they are asking to change the clutch and get the suspension worked upon and they showed in there job card that same was mentioned in the servicing done on sep 2021 but no-one did post that and handed over car to me with cheating.
I want spinny to bear the loss which ideally should be resolved at the first go hence need money or fix to be done.
