Sportsmyntra — Product undelivered and untraceable

I ordered the new Indian jersey on 23rd October 2021.
Order Number: SM4081, Pre-paid

The order was placed for the new Indian cricket jersey. But the website doesn't allow any services to track. There is also no customer care number and they do not respond to the multiple emails sent to them.

As this jersey was launched on the 13th of October 2021 hence i would understand that they are either not adhering to the norms for sales or selling counterfeits as they have not responded after the payment process was completed.

I would highly appreciate if this is looked into.
