I bought Duster from East of Kailash showroom in the month of Mar'14. For last two months I am waiting for my RC. I am told that due to some vendor change done by RTO office, RC will be delayed. When I asked them to provide me the receipt of amount deposited with RTO office for issuance of RC, I am always ask for five minutes and only receive assurance of a call back, which never comes. Daily I am calling three and fours times and this is my daily routine now.
I do call on the following numbers - [protected] / [protected]/ [protected].
If I could get a copy of receipt which can prove that money is deposited for issuance of RC (RC fee) and I will follow up with RTO office and get a letter of confirmation that RC is delayed at RTO end and I would be able to drive the car.
