We uploaded a file to our server and after sometime we checked our server directory the parent folder to which it was uploaded was lost. When we enquired them they replied the file could be deleted by you manually or accidentally. We were very sure of it that the file was not deleted by both means. since filezilla reported successfully transfered in its logs. We mentioned them but they said we cannot support any further. I asked them to show any logs to prove that it got deleted from our end they said they dont have any logs. If they cant prove us, how can they say its deleted by us. There can be dozens of ways a file could get deleted. I need either a proof or they have to recover the files, they cant simply say we cant help further. Was this information helpful? |
