I am writing to formally register a complaint against Square Yards Consulting Pvt Ltd regarding the delay in the release of my Full and Final Settlement (FNF) following my resignation as a Relationship Manager in your organization. It is now October 19, 2023, and I have yet to receive the settlement that is rightfully owed to me. I have sent multiple emails to the company requesting information and updates regarding my FNF, but I have not received any response from your side. This lack of communication and transparency has caused me significant mental trauma and financial distress.
I would like to remind you that my FNF is crucial to my financial stability, and the delay in its release has put me in a difficult and uncomfortable position. I trusted Square Yards Consulting Pvt Ltd as my employer, and it is disheartening to experience such unresponsiveness and delay in settling my dues.
I kindly request that you expedite the process of releasing my FNF without any further delay. I also expect a response to my previous emails, addressing my concerns and providing a clear timeline for the release of my settlement. I urge you to treat this matter with the urgency and attention it deserves, as it is affecting my well-being and causing severe mental distress.
I hope we can resolve this matter promptly and amicably to avoid any further inconvenience. I look forward to your immediate action and communication regarding my FNF. If I do not receive a response within a reasonable time frame, I may have no choice but to explore legal options to obtain the settlement I am owed.
