I have ordered a plus pro phone to SR stores that was send via Get GO Logistcis by sender and i have received via ekart in palvancha Navabharath and the tracking no is GETC[protected]

The product was delivered to be by Cash on delivery of 13000 rs and online payment of 500 rs and the sender is fraudulent. as this is cash of delivery i have asked both ekart and Getgo to stop the payment to sender and they both have not co operated.

Sr Stores — frauds mobiles sent to the customer, ordered an iPhone xr worth 18000 cod and got a replica delivered with Android os and very fake mobile with3 camera which is impossible in iPhone xr. I request Mumbai police to look into it
