Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute — Non response to patients medical problems

My mother Krisna Singh admitted to the hospital about three days back in cath lab bed no. 5 ICU . she is complaining about heart pain since last two days, nursing staff and junior doctors not taking it seriously and not reporting it to senior doctor, which is a serious negligence.
