My name is Riyaz I traveled in sblt on 5/4/2021 Chennai to devakottai
When i booked a single ticket at double berth seat no 13w another one is free
But a driver stopped a bus and booked another person for lower cost what ever it’s I don’t care but the person is unconscious (drunken) he sleep near me he put hand on me and alcohol smell so bad . I compain to the driver but he say what we do sit he booked in online
I say plz allocate me alternative sleeper seat no 11 and 12 upper berth . But he say it is for me . I can’t slept at whole night sorry sir i have ever get this bad experience in my life time . And you lost a regular customer and I said that every my relatives don’t book a ticket at sblt Was this information helpful? |
