Good morning sir,
This is K.chandrasekhar from rajahmundry branch(v.l.puram), I studied intermediate for the year[protected], I have completed all my dues, but after completion of course there are refusing to give my certificates by showing the cause of bus fees on 1st year, I even didn't use the bus, then why should I need tonpay the fees.
