School management has failed to inform about first day of school for my son class LKG. Management did numerous phone call and followback for paying fees but not interested in calling for first day.

Interesting one is they call back and said that we are forgot to add your number in WhatsApp group.

I felt bad on this case and asking for refund but they are not reverting back with proper answer....

But in the school management and teachers said to childrens have to clean their classrooms them self. We are sending for studies not for cleaning services.
