Sri Sri University — Debarred from exam because of illegal action

I am a final year mba student of sri sri university and i have been debarded from giving exam at the end moment of my mba because of an illegal and illogical notice from director operations (mr. narendra lamba) of the university. according to him this is a disciplinary action taken by the disciplinary comittee. i have given a notice that i cannot give my examination signed by director operation only.
I have never been called by any disciplinary comittee in my tenture of two years of mba and no warnings have been given to me before this notice. me and my father tried to meet director operations and the vc but we waited outside his office for many days and he refused to meet any o[censored]s initially and when he met, he is not giving any reasons or any evidence or reason for his action.
He has mentally tortured me by calling me "terrorist" and provoked me to commit suicide. he says i shall commit sucide as he will not allow me to get my mba degree in this life.
This university runs on his dictatorship and no body speaks against him.
The vice chancellor of the university verbally said that he will conduct a special exam for me in october but refused to give this in written.
My convocation is in august or september of 2016 and i need to complete my mba before that.
My director operation has said that he is from a big organization and i am just an individual so i will not be able to win this because he has money power and good contacts.
As far as i know there is no such post like director operations according to ugc and he is not authorised to take such actions.
I request you to help me so that i can give my examination before my convocation or help me get my fee refunded with compulsation of my these creme and most important two years!
