Srivari Bike Yamaha — I'm complaining about not delevery of bike by one of the dealers authorised by you

Hi sir,
My name is Deepan Raj.
Two month ago(Aug8, 2023) I have booked Yamaha MT15 from you srivari bike store in Maduravoyal branch.
The manager and sales rep promised me that my bike will be delivered in 25-30days.
Now it's been more than 60+days but I haven't received my bike yet.
When I try to contact the follow up number that they gave me, I'm not getting any proper response from them.
I even tried calling the showroom number multiple times but no one is picking up the phone.
I'm not sure why an authorised dealer by Yamaha are taking customers for granted after we make token advance.
I'm really fed up with the poor service and fake promises with regards to delivery of bike by your authorised dealer.
It's okay if you guys are gonna deliver my bike little later but atleast for courtesy sake you should respond to my call and keep me informed about the status of my order.

In the 60days since I paid token advance I have visited showroom thrice In person to enquire about my bike status as they didn't attend my call properly.

I recently checked the Google reviews & JD reviews of srivari bike mostly of the people have given their negative feedback.These sale people have done the same to others too.
I'm still not sure why reputed brands like Yamaha give dealership to such enterprises to treat customers so worstly.

They also claimed that they are the number 2 Yamaha dealer in Tamilnadu recognised by Yamaha.
Im really depressed because of these people.
I kindly request you to take this issue seriously and provide me a solution

I hope atleast this mail finds the right person and you will update me regarding the delivery status .
I also hope you don't ignore this mail like how your sales representative ignore my calls.
