SRL Diagnostics — 1 day delay in processing lab samples + fake updates given by srl customer care + reports are incomplete

The blood sample for tests were collected by srl on 1st nov 2017. It was confirmed by srl rep & phlebo that, samples will be processed on same date i. E 1st nov 2017 & results will be released on 2nd nov 2017. Given the urgency of tests, results were requested on urgent basis. The results were received over email on 2nd nov but they were incomplete & incorrect wrt to collection date; processing date & pending results of fbs are not tracked by srl inspite of having taken 100% payment against this. Even after escalations, the lab is not responsible enough to close the query & confirm on the matter.

Updated by anjalli ajgaonker The Lab head Dr Gohil from SLR Parel lab has informed after 2 days of follow-up that my FBS sample was miss handled however every call made to lab/ representative / phlebo are consistent in giving false updates. Some say, sample is received at lab but not traceable. Then the answer is changed stating sample is received at lab but not processed over 2 days. Then the next answer is sample is not found & we will refund but no confirmation on what really has happened to the sample after collection & how refund of few pennies going to settle the loss of 4-5 days Vs the delayed diagnosis. Lab has no answer who is fooling customers under big brand name.
