After filing the complaint in my trail mail dated 23/12/2019 for the very bad experience or unsatisfactory body checkup testing at thane srl center as regret i agreed for rechecking o[censored]sg testing. According i got the confirmation mail from harshala on 27/01/2020 confirming my appointment for rechecking o[censored]sg for today. As per the appointment provided to me i visited the center today for usg testing. At center first, they told me to up for testing i waited in front o[censored]sg room and then my turn comes then the assistant o[censored]sg doctor told me that we will not repeat the usg again and told me to go down at the reception. For at least 1 hrs. I was going up and down again and again due to their lack of coordination between the person sitting at reception i. E nutan surve and the usg doctor.
Nutan told me to come some other day i. E. From monday to friday for usg. I asked him why not today what's the issue in doing today and finally, she told me that they will not able to do my usg as a doctor is denied her and the doctor is not ready for doing the repeat usg. I told him if the doctor is not ready to do the repeat usg then on what basis or why you provided me the today appointment for usg testing. What i understood is that the doctor is not listening at all to the staff request and patient request.
Just small suggestion to srl thane staff next time if you are confirming or giving an appointment to anyone then please align the doctor also otherwise you may not bother but the patient will suffer a lot.
Due to lack of communication or i can say no alignment between doctor and srl staff of thane center i wasted my day. I reached the srl center at 10.30 am and i left at 12.30 pm without having the usg testing plus 3 hours of traveling from my home to thane center.
Finally, i was very frustrated and i demanded my money back which i paid for the testing.
Request you to please provide me my refund of testing charges at the earliest. Attach are the bank details for your reference.
Also i will never again visit any of the srl centers in the future considering this repeated worst to worst experience at thane srl, hari niwas center nor i will suggest anyone visit this center.
