SRL Diagnostics — RT PCR TEST CONDUCTED ON 10 April 2021 morning ,report still not received report

This is to being your kind notice we had conducted RT PcR test on 10 April 2021 & still we have not recieved our report
on calling customer care number there is no response
on calling vasai center they are saying it's not there lookout
test is conducted for senior people, with health issues
such kind of ignorance & pathetic service is not expected from organization like SRL

request you to pl look into matter & revert ASAP
