Over a duration of two days during normal timings I called about them 10 times for different urgent queries on my father's reports, on different numbers and nobody answered. When we inquired about this they had the most ludicrous excuses - if I write it here you'll laugh - and on top of that, with an atrocious amount of insolence. They continued with their ways and owing to their indifference I got to check the lab reports about three hours late when I urgently needed to view them, and the mail IDs I'd mentioned for the correspondence were perhaps tossed into the dustbin. The kind of people who work at their reception is a joke.
It's unfair to expect professionalism from such incompetent fools but you should at least teach your staff the basic courtesy, the customer has paid time and money for the visit. On top of it if you become a pain due to your rudeness, you become a headache in addition to the trouble the body is going through. At least your staff should realize that they have a family too, and how would they feel if someone treated their elderly like they treat their customers? Being helpful is your first obligation, you're getting paid for this, its not a favor you're doing. But they don't answer calls, argue unnecessarily and don't do their job properly, leading to a hell lot more trouble aside from the trouble one is already in. Was this information helpful? |
