I am diabetic patient & my mobile no is [protected]. As per advice of dr nehete, kharghar on 22nd january night i call mr salman on his mobile number [protected] for sample collection on 23rd for fasting pp. He gave confirmation for collection at 8.00 am on 23/01/2018.in morning he got late & didn't come till 9.00am, i called him & he told that he will come at 9:30am but again didn't come till 10:00am. It is to be noted that i am diabetic & i was feeling unwell due to long late. When i told him that you are too late & i am not well he said very rudely that "diabeties se koi marta nahi hai". Is it exceptable to talk like this with customers by your employees? I request you to take up the matter otherwise i have to approach to consumer court against your person as i am already your customer.
