SRL Diagnostics — wrong blood report

I went for an annual check up at srl kondapur, hyderbad on 5th may 2018 and got report through email on may 16 th which shows my wbc is just 1100 and rbc 5.9!!! I consulted a doctor as per him its a dangerous situation and advised me to get another test. I again went for a blood test on17th may as per doctor's prescription. I was surprised to see my wbc count is showing 12.9 k higher than the normal!!!

It clearly shows that srl has intentionally fabricated the report so i can consult to one of their doctor 's panel. I have to spent extra 2050/- on blood test and doctor's consultaion because of the false report.

I want to to take appropriate action as per indian medical council regulations, 2002, chapter 7.7

I am also writing to directorate of health and family welfare, medical council of india, consumer forums.

I also want to get reimbursement of my expenses and mental truama i suffered because of this.
