I am a 4th year student of CSE department. I vacated my hostel on 8th September 2021 and submitted my bank details in the hostel office. Actually I have paid my 4th year tuition fee first then I have vacated my room due to covid reasons, due to which I was not able to claim my refund amount in SRM Feekart so that's why they told me to submit my bank details.
After submitting my details, the hostel helpdesk keep on extending deadlines for eg first they told it will be refunded in one month, after one month when i have sent them a mail regarding this they said it will be done next month, like this it has been 3 months and still i did not receive my money. I am having a copy of their mail replies.
