Right after the items were delivered I initiated a return request for a few items amongst them. The company contacted me a lot later and sent me messages regarding the pickup details, along with the number of the delivery partner. The delivery partners have been cancelling my pickup request since the past 5 attempts, without even contacting me and they donot even respond whenever I try to contact them. Also a "pickup failed"
"you cancelled the request" message is sent to me at the end of the day by the delivery service. Had I known that the company's customer handling skills are so negligent, I wouldn't have ordered from this site. Extremely disappointed. Was this information helpful? |
