I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a significant issue I encountered with the recent delivery service provided by ST Courier Service.
On November 17, 2023, I sent a parcel containing milk kova from Srivilliputhur to Coimbatore via your courier service. Unfortunately, despite the expected delivery date passing, the parcel was not received by the intended recipient. Upon visiting the nearby ST Courier office on November 22, 2023, I was informed that the milk kova had expired and was disposed of in the dustbin by your staff, without any proper notification or communication.
Furthermore, despite assurances from your staff that the refund for this mishandled parcel would be processed promptly, to date, I have not received any reimbursement. My attempts to contact your office via phone calls have been unsuccessful, as there has been no response or acknowledgment from your end.
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and responsibility demonstrated by ST Courier Service in handling this matter. As a customer, I expect a certain standard of service and accountability, both of which were severely lacking in this instance.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. I expect a full refund for the mishandled parcel in accordance with the assurances provided by your staff. Additionally, I urge you to review your procedures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future and to ensure better customer service.
Please acknowledge the receipt of this complaint at your earliest convenience and provide an update on the status of the refund process.
