St Courier — my courier not delivered

1st feb i m sent courier on chennai to trichy
Chennai teynampet branch.
2nd my courier not delivered on my delivery address
But tracking information are delivered declaration showing

I wood sevior compliant to this issue
No one tanken response phone call,

I pay money but you are cheeted to me.
And not to responce informed my courier details and not to attend any phone calls
