St Courier — Return Product not reached the origin

Hi sir
I herewith ordered few eatables at nanmugai millets and they sent the parcel to Raichur, but unfortunately the courier partner didn't deliver the product at door steps, instead they asked us to collect. So, we requested to return the product, still I couldn't receive the parcel to the origin.
