On October 3rd 2023, I sent a document by ST courier to a local address vide booking ID [protected]. The tracking showed on October 15th that it was returned to the booking center Korattur 3. On contacting the booking center, the staff and the In-charge person informed me that they did not receive it and atleast two days were needed to trace it.
The company website had no contact details of any of the Chennai hubs and service centers.
On October 16th, I had to travel to the hub located 3.5kms away to collect it as it had to reach the receiver by October 17th 2023.
I request for compensation from the company for misguided tracking details and deficiency of service causing mental stress and hardships for three days
