I hope this email finds you, though I must express my frustration with the lack of response to my previous inquiries ( Complaint ID TNMAA273589). My shipment, tracking number AWB [protected], has not been received, and I have yet to receive any updates despite my attempts to contact your customer service.
This lack of communication is highly disappointing, and it reflects poorly on the level of service I have come to expect from your company. As a customer, I believe it is essential to be informed about the status of my shipments, your website shows my area pin code as service (Pin-631002). But your delivery person said there was no service in my area.
I request immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution. It is imperative that I receive timely updates on the whereabouts of my package and a clear explanation for the lack of communication thus far. Was this information helpful? |
