St Francis Anglo Indian Girls High School — hard rules of school

I am deepa. My daughter is studying first standard in st francis anglo indian girls high school. The class strength of my daughter studying was nearly 59, and the teacher is too old. She cannot manage the whole students at a time. There is only two sections upto class 5. The class teacher also misbehaving sometimes with students. If we parents asked about that, she said some silly reasons. Students are not allowd for drinking water because they need to go toilet if they drink water. Is this a reason for not allowing drinking water. And no parents and teachers meeting in one year. They are not ready to hear our suggestions regarding pupil. No school transport for this school. There is no identification between parents and drivers or other people. School timing are very bad in end of the year. It is upto 5.30small children are very sleepy mood when they reached home. Also extending the days of closing for primary students. Atleast they can end the year within march.in this hot season how the children can study? Also they are taking so much of books to school. Weight of my daughter bag is nearly 10kg. Is this allowed for primary children.. Pls make something for the children studying in this school
