I haven't got my refund since 2months of returning the item. As they don't provide any customer care number to contact the only way to contact with them is through mails. I have sent numerous mails regarding my refund but they always say that there's been some technical issues and tells to wait for 5-7 days. But it's been 2 months i haven't received my refund....

My order number is[protected]. I had ordered a few dresses originally on 12th january and since it was too loose for me i returned them and applied for refund on 15 january. Since then it's been 40 days and still haven't received my refund. I've tried to reach out to them a couple of times but still my efforts were to no avail. They have no fear of legal actions even after warning them, still they chose not to even follow up on my problem....

This complaint is regarding the order i placed on online shopping website stalkbuylove (Order no.[protected].

I placed the order on 3rd january, 2019 and returned the products (Two tops) within 10 days in same condition as delivered and i received an acknowledgement e-mail on 14th january.

There is no update about the refund status which is to be done in the bank account. Nor i have received an sms that they have initiated the amount in the bank... Every time i call they say it's been initiated. Other vendors like myntra and jabong refund in two days after pickup and not force the customers to refund...

I ordered from stalk buy love and then didn't find the product okay. So i returned the order on 31st jan and they promised refund after checking the product. After following up for a week also they say it reached to warehouse and quality check is pending. Its been 20 days its still pending and they are nowhere to be seen no emails calls or replies. Order dress on 23rd dec. Dress delivered on 11th january and returned on same day. Its more than 1 month now and whenever i follow up on the refund status, always gets reply with apologies but no resolution. The company is fraud. I have read other complaints as well with same issues. Whenever i ask for the refund status they tell that they are having difficulties with the bank refunding the amount. Every they ask to wait for 5-7 days....

2. White wilma tape detail tee

I have neither received the exchange products, nor the refund for the "douglas dress".

I want those 3 return products to be delivered or else i am going...

Customer support tell the banking problem i thing 20 days is enough for to solve the problem of any bank.. Just smilply revert by the automatic messenger, sorry for the incovience. Is this way to ur customer. This is my first order....

This is highly unprofessional and not agreeable at all that i have still not received the refund amount of inr 900/- for the order (Order number:[protected] for which i had already sent several requests (More than 15/ 20 emails) via email. I have ordered 2 jumpsuit of worth rs 1300 on 12jan 2019 with order id[protected]. After waiting almost 20 days on 28 jan i received the package. Botb of the jumpsuit was not as good as i wanted so i raised a return request. They don't process refunds. Then they say we will give points but don't give that also. Thet are eating customers money. First they said we have processed refund. When i did not receive anything for 15 days i contacted them and they said we will give points within 24 hours and now it's been so many days and even points have not come. They are eating customers money....

I had purchased a gown on 27 january for a specific event. I was told that it shall be delivered by 3-4 feb. When i did not get any dispatch notification, i tried emailing the customer care and asking about update. Mostly they sent me standard responses saying that they have escalated the matter. It is 9 feb today. I have neither received a proper response from customer care nor am i able to get a clarity on when exactly the gown can be dispatched....

Usually refund processed with 5-7 business days. After taking follow up from last one month still not received refund of rs. 1200/-

Its been more than one month stalkbuylove is not refunding my money of returned 2 orders (3 blazers).

They make fake promises in every mail. They send automated email stating "we are rigorously following up with our internal department and the bank authorities...

I placed my order on 25th of january 2019. The estimated delivery date was 5th february 2019 initially. Then it changed to 5th february 2019. Now it has shifted to 9th february 2019. The customer care is not responding properly. They are giving me false hopes by saying that either it is in the production, some are saying it is ready for dispatch and will be dispatched today, some say the item was rejected and is sent again. I'm not sure how...

I had placed an order on SBL for a dress and on receiving it, it turned out to be Bummer bad quality and fittings . So i intiated a refund for the same it was around two weeks back
And till now there have been no activity at all for the refund my refund status is stuck there is no concrete support from the customer care . All the mails are answered by an auto generated email.

I am still waiting for a response...

I placed an order with stalkbuylove on 14th january 2019. I didn't receive any information on it till 25jan. Then i raised a conplaint and was told that i'll receive my order on 28th jan, 2019.
Still didn't receive the order and on 30th january, 2019 i raised another complaint and asked then to cancel my order.
Now it's 2nd february and my order is still has a status: on hold, though i was asked to wait till 1st feb for an initiate...

More than one month passed, there is no sign of refund. Everytime customer care gives the new tat of 5 to 7 business days but nothing is happening. Stalkbuylove is deleting the comments of complaints from their web page and other social media platforms. Three pending refunds of 3 blazers returned are unaddressed.
