I have placed a prepaid order with order i'd[protected] on 26th of august. The status is showing as complete but i haven't the products yet. I tried to contact the customer care but there is no response. I have contacted the customer care of courier service and they said that they have received the request but haven't picked up the products. Request you to look into it and either refund my amount or deliver the products.
