Stalkbuylove — I am complaining about a product

I had ordered a dress from the website stalkbuylove.com and it said the dress will be delivered within 5 business days. After 5 days when i checked, my order was just placed and none of the processing was done so i canceled my order. I had already made the payment earlier. I either want the refund of the money i paid or the dress i ordered in a good condition.
