I have ordered total of 6 items from the sbl website with order number[protected] and[protected] on july 21 st and july 19th respectively. I have received the orders also. I have paid in full amount but now due to size issues i want to return 3 products. The return button is not active on the orders section in the website and also status of the product is not updated as 'delivered' despite the products are delivered.
I have sent many mails to the customer support team but there is no response from them. Also, i tried to call them on the customer care number multiple times but getting a message that number is under maintenance.
This is a clear case o[censored]nethical practice or cheating the customers.
