Yes above comment is absolutely true, still booking the cargo they will talk nicely but after one month when we asked about the cargo their response will be very worst, never ever use their service. I had filed an case against their logistics service thanks
Be aware of star cargo cuff road Dear my order number 15144 to all singaporean and especially Indian sending things to India be aware of worst company in Singapore and branch office in Chennai I had worst service company I never ever met in my future, my bad experience made by them I sent valuables things to India, they charging over charged, but they never ever responsible of my valuables things, but I want share with luggage condition, some of my valuable item is missing, luggage cut by using sharp knife and steel them, then wrap it with bag, I can show my evidence also with me, but they blaming customs, if they done it, they nicely open keep back to normal, again those worst star cargo company, why Singapore allowing to do business in such a good and secured country in Singapore, thanks to Singapore this kind worst star cargo company allow them to do business here, now Singapore name is corrupted by the star cargo worst worst worst. Be aware of your valuable things before go to star cargo and no proper response😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Very bad service. Very bad behaviour. My entire cargo to Kerala from Singapore was broken. Crockery broken and smashed. Clocks broken. TV Broken. No co-ordination by Mr Noushad and the owners were very irresponsible. Some goods from the cargo like wrist watch, some curios, boxes were stolen and removed without even intimating us of such removals by Customs or WHO???
From my experience, this is THE WORST CARGO SERVICE PROVIDER I have ever come across.
I had high expectations from Singapore and this is PUT MY RATING of this company to MINUS 100.
I contacted them several times and nobody ever picked up the Phone, Mobile Phone or WhatsApp messages.
Cargo was delayed by over a month beyond the time frame given by the Cargo Company.
The Cargo office in Chennai were even worse. They would disconnect the call after saying Hello and said they don't know anything about Star Cargo.
The people who brought the cargo to our home was throwing the boxes from the truck to the ground and stepping on the Boxes. Such poor handling.
I am appealing to the CARGO ASSOCIATION OF Singapore to BAN this Company from their Association and Black List this Company.
Any consumers or customers in Singapore, Please don't deal with this Company. They will cheat you.
