I received a call from Star city holidays, they told me to collect two gifts at Spencer plaza 1. kitchen set and 2. Gift coupon with holiday stay. I went, two girls were convincing me to join the holiday club worth 30 K it includes 7 days stay every year in 5 star hotels. I dint believe it but still they gave some hypothetical examples and finally I have been forced to accept it. fortunately my credit card is not working to pay for it so I paid 1000 rupees as advance. while paying the advance amount they said they will book one day stay in ECR in their own resort for free, after 2 days I called them there is no response, so far I called them for more than 50 times, they are not responding properly. how can I get the money back? its waste of time speaking with them and being more tensed.
