Star Days Data Entry — Payment not received(work payment-rs-18400 also security deposite rs-6500/-)

On 29th Nov-2022 i received my project mail(screenshot attached), as per their rules, (within 15 days we should send a work report and after 15 days they will send QC(Quality Check) Report ), so i was sent my project report on 13th Dec 2022. But the QC report was not received.
I was contacted HASHIM P for QC report, he was starting to tell stories, and finally he was told me that, (Now i will refund your security deposit Later i will pay work payment)

But now I have not received my work payment Rs-18400/-& security deposit amount Rs-6500/- .

I worked hard to complete 2300 forms in just 15 days without any mistakes. But now they have cheated me.

I am requesting by this kindly help to get back my amount.

Updated by [email protected] Below attached payment screenshots are my 1st project work payment not my 2nd project work payment ( Can see the payment date).He was telling another story here that my friend called me .I don't know what he was telling.I received my 2nd project on 29th -Nov-2022 and I uploaded my work report on 13-Dec-2022. After 15days I did not receive the QC report.I called him  for the QC report that time this man told me that,  i was invested  with AXAR DATA SOLUTIONS but they cheated me.But I will pay your money within 1 week( I have a call record).so believed him because that time he was receiving my calls, he give reply to messages.
But after 1 week Hashim has not sent any money, later he is not picking my calls also .Keep his phone switched off for a month.

In fact, in agreement he did not mention  Axar data solutions paying money. Even i paid security deposit money to him, not AXAR DATA SOLUTIONS.
After 3 month Later i came here (Indian Consumer Complaint Forum)Put complaint on Star Days regarding take back of security deposit and work payment(2nd Project)

Updated by [email protected] First you should  stand by your statements. You tell one date and on that date you will not pay money. If you can't send money on a given date then why do you tell lies? First you should answer this question. Later we can discuss who cheated & to whom cheated. All I am telling the truth and i have evidence for that .Also i am responsible for my statements only.

Dear Yashmitha,

While working in Star days data entry, your friend called here and argued that we haven't given even a peny for your first slot and we are cheating you guys. But we have already transferred the payment to your account and have given you the second payment date. Since the talk of your friend was not in the right way, we asked you to stop working and we will refund your security deposit. We have emailed that to AXR DATA SOLUTIONS also. If some customer behave the way your friend did, we can't continue the customer's association in our company.
And also we have promised you to transfer your security deposit at the earliest.
When we started sending you your security deposit, what you did is, by putting some defamatory alligations against us in some random website and asked us in a threatening way to give you 18400.
Even after giving you payments, you have put forward a fabricated compliant against us.So, we will go ahead with this alligation legally.
Until the settlement of this case, we will not transfer any money to your account.

As i mentioned, he told me that he will pay 2500 on 29th march, But as per that he was not sent any money on that date, even though I waited for an extra 10 days. But still there was no response from his side . No reply for my mails and messages. In Fact i was trying to call him but he was not picking my calls also.So what can i think??

So i came here and put one more statement because of that  statement Hashim called me on saturday ( i have call record)Otherwise he will never call me.I was trying to call him for the past 10 days and there is no response from him.
Now he came here and  said that I put a bad review on him.???
I don't know what to say to him.
I was completed my project on 13th Dec-2022, Today is 10 April -2023(it's been 5 month)till now I have not received my work payment, But he is saying that he is not a cheater anyway.
I Really thank the Indian Consumer complaint forum, Because of you In my Rs-6500/- security deposit at least I received  4000.Only Because of you.Thank you so much for that.

If Star Days Data Entry is as fake as you mentioned over here, then why did we pay for the work you did?
The screenshots of payments we have done is attaching here.
If you have called us a fake company even after receiving the payment from us, you must have thought that we will give you more money because of your threat. But you have got it wrong.
You are not going to get any single peny from today onwards until the settlement of the alligations.
