[Resolved]  Star Health And Allied Insurance — Insurance renewal period unable to remove mother from floater policy 2 month follow up No Resolution

On 24. Jan.2023; sent a mail to Star health team requesting that self would like to remove my mother from the Senior Citizen red carpet floater policy P/171112/01/2022/015203 of which Renewal due on 12. Mar.2023. The floater policy included my father and mother.
I observed during claim settlement for my father's treatment in 2022 that although the policy mentions 70% of medical expense will be borne by the Insurance company; I had ended up paying upto 50% or even more for the hospital bills.
This was really frustrating and I decided to remove my mother from this policy; to secure my interest despite the high premium paid as my parents are aged (Father: 76yrs and Mother: 67yrs).

Despite multiple numerous e-mail exchanges/ telephones; providing updated proposal forms and providing any additional information as requested no response from the Star health team advising premium for my father only.
Awaiting the premium amount for my father only for the period[protected] which has still not been provided to me so that the insurance for my father can be renewed.
