I have purchase the Goa holiday package for 3 days from Star India Holiday on 5th March, 2022, I have made the payment of 10, 000/-.
The package was purchased for stay in "Estrela Do Mar Resort, North Goa" resort Goa from 7th April, 2022 to 9th April, 2022.
Mr. Aditya Sharma has book my packages but till date I have not get any confirmation, I have send email for refund of my payment and so many times I phone as they given to me during booking packages the phone number is :[protected], and Mr. Aditya Sharma contact number +91-[protected] but no one receiving my calls also I have messages over WhatsApp but not getting proper reply by them.
Once they send email they mentioned like this :

We have taken your request, A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a response within 21 working days.

Thank you for your patience.
Still I have not get any refund payment of Rs. 10, 000/- Payment ID’s SIH4805AD.
Please look into this matter and help me to refund my amount.
