Hi, i joined the all seasons membership program (70 weeks) offered by star inn suites and retreat pvt ltd.
They called me for marketing presentation offering free movie/ travel and shopping vouchers. After attending the presentation, they started forcing me to buy the holiday package and negotiating on the final price. After spending three hours (It was around 10:30pm) i paid inr 1, 12, 000/- for a 70 weeks package.
At that time also i was not told of the amc charges.
Next day, i started checking the website for properties, and was very dissapointed that the starinn website had very few properties and their tie-ups also seemed fake.
I am constantly asking ranjan mohanty to cancel my membership (Since december 2018) and refund whatever amount, but there is no response. When calling from an unknown number, he will answer and then start telling excused that i am not well, not in office, will call you in 10 minutes, etc. Etc.
Their properties are also not even three star, which they claimed to be luxury ones at the time of presentation. Initially they say its an all season package.
When you plan your trip, then they start making excuses that we can't book in last week of december and first week of january, or will charge premium charges for it. Or will provide bookings in third class properties, which you can't even refuse or cancel.
They are trapping innocent people in their marketing trap by making fake promises and hidden charges.
Pls pls beware of this company and don't fall in any such trap.
