PF not being paid after one year with repeated reminders and requests

Dear Sir/madam
I am Sovi Sebastian a widow left with a girl child and was working as a staff nurse at Starex International School from Nov 2006 to Feb 2009. I have been assigned 24 hours of work with a pay of Rs. 9000/. My PF No is HR 25676/136. I have fulfilled all the requirements of the intitution and left the job on health reasons. I have been told that they will pay me the PF in due time. But since a year I have not received...

EPF not being paid even after more than a year

I have been working at Starex International School from 2006 April and left the job in 2008 Sept. Till now I have not received my PF.
I will be grateful if anyone could help me to get my PF

I am Thresiamma a senior English teacher who was working at Starex International School, Gurgaon from 2006 Oct to 2008 Oct. I have been asked by the management to take extra english classes for the Korean students every day for two hours after the school hours and was promised Rs. 3000 per month. PF is withheld since an year

Dear Sir
It is to bring to your notice that I have been working at Starex International school as an English teacher for two years ie, from Nov 2006 to Oct 2008. I left the school in Nov 2008 and so far they have not given me the PF. The school had promised me that they will pay for the extra hours of English tuition which they have made me take every day two hours after the school hours for the Korean students and have not paid me...
