StashFin — emi deducted from account but not reflecting in app.

This is to inform you that an amount of 5088/- has been deducted from account towards the emi of december month on saturday but it's not reflecting in my stashfin app.

I talked to chinmai mishra 2 weeks back to extend my emi tenure to 12 months and to remove the auto deduction from my bank account. She promised an email confirmation about this and after that never received any update.

Your support landline number and email is not working. I tried chat service but no use. I am not receiving a proper response from your end.

I got a confirmation that my loan s approved and i will be geting the money, but till know they is no money reflecting in my account, emailed and called but no response, can anyone revert to this when i will be geting the money, this is alomost a week they have taken cheques and no response at all
