StashFin — I'm complaining about loan of stashfin

I had taken loan of 1650/-, after that I lost my mobile, so i was not able to pay money back, now i got my duplicate sim, now i opened the app to pay money back, but it is 9928/-,
I was taken just 1650/-, plz resolve this
