StashFin — Money disbursed but not received in my bank account

I reporting an issue from 18th june but no one is not responding... I applied loan in your stashfin the loan was approved and disbursed. But the disbursed amount was not credited in my bank account... Still now . I applied on 18th june . Please check . And the emis scheduled was prepared and keep on msg me to pay the emi ... Im not supposed to pay because i didn't receive any amount from your app. Please check and inform me weither its confirmed or not .
I am attaching a photo u can see i received a msg of emi and in the app also it's showing the emi option but I haven't received the money in my bank ...plz review and help me I don't want the money i want to cancel plz help 🙏🙏
