StashFin — they are not providing the loan but they collected my empty cheque and they are not responding to return my cheque back

I have applied loan on 9th of December same day approval came but till now i didn't receive any loan there is no customer support to contact but they have collected all docs, the executives wont respond they will call for docs for every intervals that is missing this is missing all of sudden emails come like your approval rejected. They collected my empty cheque but they are not responding to emails and chat support also wont respond to queries.
