State Bank Of Hyderabad — Major errors [protected] in form 26as (Tax credit statement) uploaded by the bank

The form 26as uploaded by the bank has major errors requiring urgent rectification without which i can neither pay my self assessment tax nor file my it return for ay: 2017-18 (Fy:2016-17). I have submitted an application for rectification of the error to the chief manager sbh/sbi bagh lingampalli branch on june 6, 2016. I understand from the chief manager of the branch that she has already forwarded my case to your franchise chartered accountant firm for rectification. I regret to say that. Even after ten days no rectification has taken place because of which i am unable to file my it return for the cost and consequences of which i will hold the bank responsible. Please do the needful.

Kindly register me for sms alert for my SBI A/C No. [protected], Debit Card No.[protected] to my mobile No. [protected]. I am not able to view my balance details and regarding transactions kindly resolve it
