I am account holder of state Bank of Hyderabad ..my complaint is that I had to go for shopping from reliance digital so that time I was pay by my ATM card.but due to some reason it was declined.but same time 5499rps. Was debited from my account. When I discussed with reliance digital .They called we have not received any amount. Plz contact with home branch.I submitted the complaint in home branch date on 29/09/15 regarding this happened.they promised me amount will b refund in max.10days .today is last day.but I don't have received any amount. I am middle class .I have needful this amount. Plz refund as per as time possible.. Plz I request you Was this information helpful? | |
