State Bank Of Hyderabad — payment not received | |||
Dear sir/madam, I have withdrawn 10000/- amount at andhrabank atm, haliya branch on 31/07/2018 but not received the money. Two reciepts are got 1st is blank at 2:29pm and second is withdrawn at 2:31pm. But i didnt got the money and got the debited sms. Immediately i met andhrabank manager and discussed about the issue he told that meet to the sbh manager and i met sbh manager, he told that wait for 2 working days. But not received the money. I met to the manager he suggested to put the request letter/application and i put the letter on 03/08/2018. Still i didnt got the money and we met sbh manager he is telling that i put mail and nobody checking the mail like that. My doubt is since 31st july-18 to till date (Approx-20 days) nobody checking the mail or not responding or nobody taking responsibility what?
