State Bank Of India — 3D secure / verified by via website down for weeks

I am an ol user of sbi.
As you might know to protect any o[censored]r debit or credit card, you need to register for visa 3d secure.

This is a separate site of sbi and available at :

This website is down from weeks and im unable use my new credit/denit card or any virtual card as the website in not working and 3d secure pin in not getting generated.

It is notable that this link is clearly mentioned at : https://retail.Onlinesbi.com/personal/secure_card_transactions.Html ( click on "verified by visa" )

I called their customer care and they say they cannot help.
I called my branch and manager say they can only help in account related matters.

Plz help.
