State Bank of India — amazon has issued my refund and provided refund reference number but till now i didn't get amount in my sbi account

I ordered a racquet on 31 july in amazon but due to some reasons i had to cancel it and after cancellation amazon gave me refund reference number 611103
And but till now the amount has not reflected in my account and now bank is claiming that any type of refund we didn't get so you need to talk to amazon so sir/ma'am please help me to get my money in my account
