Hello Sir/Madam This mail is regards to my credit card, today received a sms regarding my monthly statement which is showing higher amount then what i spent .I tried the customer care no and the service was pathetic, in that call it was saying the estimated waiting time for 20 minutes. With all my patient i was waiting for my calls answer but the call dropped after a long waiting more shame full is the call charged me 40 rupees. I don't understand what kind of service was that being Asia's largest bank is it customer centric or ? Few days before i received a call from your end stating that my SBI credit card is activated i have been charged with some charges which i don't understand how it can be charged in inactive state.I request you to prompt to solve this problem and revert me in the below mentioned no.
