State Bank Of India — Bad Customer response from staff | |||
Hello, I had accompanied along with my cousin to this Branch SBI MICO layout BTM 2nd Stage, Bangalore for updating Pass Book, it was a horrible experience from the Staff & Sub-Staff working there. The person who makes pass book entry and gives token no behaves as if he owns the entire bank and all o[censored]s are at his mercy, should hear to him and he screams and uses bad words at aged people, i complained to the Operations manager, who just didn`t hear anything and was sitting like a SOLID ROCK, That person was scolding with foul words at aged people and i felt very bad looking at it. I hope strict action should be taken against the Sub-staff for screaming at their valuable customer and action against Branch Manager also for not bringing things to control. I asked the customers and they say it a daily routine they hear from the SUB-Staff. They are spoiling the Bank Name, for a second i thought i entered a place filled with Local Rowdies.Shame SBI for recruiting and not giving proper customer service training. Are you some freedom fighter or mother teresa to make you sit and speak to you in kind words? You have gone to the bank for some work. Get your work done and get lost. Do you think bank people don't have any work except greeting people? If they speak politely to each and everyone, then the que will go one kilometer. For that also people like you will complain saying bank people are lazy and not doing any work except talking to people politely. BY the way, what is the use of getting passbook updated in the era of Internet banking age. Sit in the house, log in and you get everything infront of you. I have an account in Mico layout branch and hats off to the staff for managing such a huge crowd. Whenever I go and whatever time I go, I see minimum 50 people sitting inside the branch all the time even while closing time. With such a huge crowd and with some crooked customers like you, they are managing well unlike other banks. Thumbs up to them.
