[Resolved] State Bank of India — Bank manager did not take action regarding my complaint of deducting amount from account | |||
r/sir myself Aadesh Nagrare SBI account no [protected] in Manewada Road Branch, I withdraw 1000 rupees from Bank of Baroda ATM 3BCNMHNG transaction number 2068, I did not receive money nor recipt, but after 10minut I received massage of deducting amount from account. This incident I inform Bank with written application on 31st of may 2014, authority person asked to wait for seven days. I wait for ten days and then again give second written application on 11th June 2014, now again ten days are gone, but my money will not get back, so who is responsible? SBI employee attitude is not good, This fact shows either they are not eligible or prompt in their work.
