State Bank Of India — cash not dispensed from atm but still debited in my account

Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that i lodged complain on 18th april 2015 about cash being wrongly debited. Its been more than 1 month and my issue is still not resolved.Firstly i made online complain, they took 10 days and then replied to visit the branch where my account is.When i went to branch they asked me to give written compliant along with atm receipt which i gave.After few weeks they told me that my transaction is successful and cash has been withdrawn. I then told them to review cctv footage because cash was not withdrawn. They told me its not possible. So i want you to look into this matter.
